Our client is looking for technician for the Real Estate Investment Office with strong academic background in financial analysis and profissional experience in Real Estate and/or Project Management (preferably from investment banking or corporate finance industry).

Description

• Support the sourcing and selection of potential investment opportunities in the Portuguese and Spanish Real Estate Market;
• Manage transactions (both acquisitions and disposals) across all stages - transaction, negotiation, structuring and execution;
• Underwrite new investment opportunities and produce documents to support IC discussions;
• Prepare investment recommendations to the relevant parties within the organization;
• Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions, producing deal Business Plans, and assisting with the execution of the investment, managing external advisors;
• Prepare financial and strategic reports to various parties within the organization, namely to shareholders;
• Work with the Asset Management Team in the preparation and analysis of key asset management initiatives as well as monitoring its implementation.

Profile

• Academic Background in Economics, Management or Engineering;
• Masters in Finance will be a plus;
• Fluent in English;
• Advanced skills in Excel and Financial Modelling;
• Good Communication Skills and negotiation traits;
• Knowledge on the Real Estate Market will be a plus;
• Analytical profile highly oriented to details.
