You will be responsible for reports/statistics and compliance trainings:
- Produce regulamentory reports from Compliance office to regulators, general inspection and Natixis’ corporate governance.
- Accompany the different business lines in order to identify their reporting needs, and automate the production of reports.
- Participate in the definition of indicators, their implementation, collection, consolidation and production to the Compliance office
- Edit and circulate regular or on-demand reports
- Ensure the correct registration of collaborators to Compliance trainings
- Manage, optimize and follow-up the process of reminders for mandatory trainings
- Follow-up all the training sessions and the reports for all Natixis’ branches
- Provide user support on the Sharepoint / HROne tools
- Maintain and develop user manuals for the following tools : Icône and Sharepoint
- Be the interlocutor for the DSI SG on the following tools : Icône, Sharepoint trainings and HROne
- Coordinate all the trainings with the training Project manager
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Degree in Management, Economics, Legal or similar
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of French (highly valued)
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Knowledge user of Cognos and Ms Office tools
- Client focused and multicultural mindset
- Good interpersonal relationship skills and team spirit
