Job description:
- Team leadership;
- Coordinate day-to-day business
- Personnel demand determination and personnel planning
- Conducting personnel appraisals
- Controlling and reporting to the supervisor and to the customer
- Assist in process development and determination for different services
- Ensure compliance with KPIs
- Quality assurance
- Support in the project implementation

Requirements:
- Degree in Business or related field complemented by work experience
- Experience in team management
- MicroSoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Customer and service orientation (premium customers especially)
- Teamwork and a high level of motivation and responsibility
- Flexible, independent and committed work mindset
- Intercultural competence
- Fluency in German (spoken or written) and good knowledge of English
