The company



Multinacional company in the Industry sector with 100 years seeks to their team a Customer Support - Fluent in German, to work in Lisbon.



You will be responsible for 



Your role will involve the contact with the clients to handle complaints, make agreements for product delivery times and providing order status information to customers. You will also have to managing all new global orders directly from customers and Sales Team and have responsibilities related to stock checking.





What you'll need to be succed 



We are looking to engage with candidates who are fluent in German. If you speak Portuguese or English will be a plus. This person will have to be dynamic and have a taste for customer contact.
