You will be responsible for:
- Receive business lines’ requests and publish job offers on various platforms i.e. internal site and job boards;
- Identify and pre-select candidates during various stages;
- Manage relationship follow-up with candidates and internal stakeholders;
- Draw up all the contractual documents;
- Liaise with schools and universities, training centers and partner organizations for the administrative management of candidates’ files;
- Enter and update contract data in the IT systems;
- Generate and track activity data reporting.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Good level of English and fluency in French;
- Degree in Human Resources;
- Ability to manage administrative issues, with knowledge;
- Knowledge of HR sourcing and pre-selection in campaign mode and ability to manage high volume of files;
- Good interpersonal skills, including during exploratory telephone interviews;
- Highly organized;
- Drive, multi-tasking skills and team spirit.
