Descrição da Função

Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and Company practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify workforce needs, update job requirements and job descriptions when required;
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes;
- Identify and develop programs to meet and development needs coordinating with appropriate vendors and resources to accomplish goals;
- Develop and Manage employee’s appraisal programs accordingly competence model, goals and company;
- Influence team leaders to become better employees managers of people;
- Act as an ambassador of the company’s culture;
- Implement and//or Manage a Compensation and Benefits Policy that allows company to hire and retain talent:
- Assist leaders on compensation decisions and guarantee internal alignment, following company’s guidelines;
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues;
- Develop and implement a competency-based HR Management system based on a strategic vision;
- Monitor the main indicators of Human Resources and establish action plan for optimization of results;
- Ensure all salary issues, coordinating the processing of salaries and other legal and contractual obligations arising in particular from the collective bargaining agreement;
- Actively support the decisions of the Administration, providing information and opinions related to all human resources issues: contractual and compensation policies, legal issues, etc.;
- Career management and expectations in the organizational context


Perfil do Candidato

Skills and Qualifications

Required Education & Experience:

- Degree in Human resources or other Human Science;
- Minimum of 5 years of Experience preferably in Industry sector;

Required Skills, Knowledge & Competencies:
- Fluency in English;
- Knowledge of Labor law an experience with Collective labor agreements;
- Proactive;
- Strong Spirit of Initiative;
- Strong planning and organization capacity;
- Passionate by Human Resources Management;
