Company located in Viseu region is hiring a HR Responsible.



You will be responsible for managing the recruitment & selection processes, identify training needs and implement it, performance evaluation process and career plan management. You will also be responsible for supervising the HR administrative processes.



We are searching for professionals with a degree in HR Management, Psychology or similar relevant area and a minimum of 6 years experience on a similar role. You must have good English skills and good knowledge of labour law.



It is fundamental you are able to work with different stakeholders, show good interpersonal skills, ability to motivate people and be proactive. If you match the required profile and have the willingness to join this project please send us your English CV.
