Spring Professional, is selecting a Operations Manager (M/F) for a major International Bank in Lisbon.

Main Responsibilities

- Operational and design of the main work processes of the branch;

- Support to the department of operations, namely in the approval of operations;

- Control of all reports to which the branch is subject not only to the parent company but also to the regulatory entities;

- Responsible for the project to implement the new central credit responsibilities;

- Definition of internal control mechanisms and monitoring with a view to improving processes.

Profile

-Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management or similar;

-Minimum 7 years experience in similar sector/function;

-Fluent in English.
