Spring Professional is selecting a Program & Series Buyer (M/F) to one of the largest suppliers to the automotive industry, in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Support the purchasing function within the business;

• Manage requests and quality checks related to the ordering process;

• Purchase goods, materials, components and services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets;

• Prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedules;

• Request, track and validate order acknowledgements;

• Collect and assess data related to blocked invoices and provide analysis in case of escalations;

• Support the transfer of activities from international legal entities into the service organization.

Profile

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification;

• 3 years of experience in program & series purchasing or related purchasing areas;

• Solid understanding of best practice procurement techniques;

• Advanced knowledge of MS office tools;

• Good working experience in SAP;

• Willingness to travel;

• Fluent in English and German.
