Real estate developer in logistics and industrial projects is looking for a Project Manager for their office in Lisbon.
You will be responsible for
Managing the life cicle project management - from design to client/tenant delivery
Project design monitoring;
Construction tendering
Manage all contracts between design teams, construction company, municipality entities and all others that may be involved in the project.
What you will need to succeed
We are looking for a Civil Engineer with at least 7 years of experience in construction projects such as logistics warehouses, outside infrastructures, roads and pavements;
Fluent in English;
Flexibility to travel within Portugal;
