Spring Professional is recruiting a Project Manager (M/F) for a technological client, based in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-Sales: Participates in customer's pre-sales workshops as requested to define the cost estimation of the project, using predefined tools.

• Project Definition & Planning: Defines the project plan and budget, schedules all project activities, assures a sound basis for project performance measurements

• Project Organization & Governance: Defines and deploys medium sized project organization and governance including work streams, responsibilities, advisory board and steering committees.

• Project Execution: Ensures project realization in terms of project scope, time, costs and quality. Manages the change control process and initiates timely 'remedial' actions/fall back solutions.

• Budget Controlling & Reporting: Drives and controls the project P&L including financial forecasting, reports the status and profitability of the project and escalates delta's to DN and to the customer.

• Stake holder Management: Ensures all project stakeholders are identified and informed and conflicts are addressed. Establishes trustworthy relations with key stakeholders on operational level.

• Methods & Best Practices: Chooses best fitting DN PM practices and assures compliance across the project; Reviews existing DN PM practices, shares learnings within the SW PM community.

• Functional Leadership: Manages all assigned project resources, in alignment with line management. Agrees performance objectives, monitors, reviews and supports performance.

Profile:

• BSc and/or MSc in Management/Informatics (preferably)

• Minimum of 5-years experience in managing multidisciplinary projects in the IT area

• Knowledge and experience using project management methodologies - PMP/Agile and/or SCRUM certifications will be a plus

• Fluency in English
