You will be responsible for:
- Managing the invoicing process from receipt to OK for payment
- Apply invoices validation rules
- Resolve invoice mismatches autonomously, seeking support from Purchasing Partner when necessary
- Manage P2P Month End Closing activities
- Manage financial tasks related to AP
- Answer suppliers questions regarding invoices
- Manage the update of some P2P master data
- Perform legal/VAT compliance checks and tax calculations
- Monitor SLAs of scanning center
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Degree in Management, Economics or similar;
- Expert knowledge in the account payables and payment processes, standards and policies;
- Fluency in French and English;
- High level of orientation to details;
- Very good analytical skills;
- Delivery oriented.
