Spring Professional is looking for a Senior Analyst O2C (M/F) for a prestigious company of the health sector, in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

• Learn, understand and consolidate all the systems that OTC works with (, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  
• Develop and consolidate a strong OTC reporting set: KPIs, OPIs, day-to-day and process performance reports. Work with OTC teams to refine the reporting to ensure it is focused and delivers metrics upon which decisions can be made.
  
• Develop a scalable process for handling intake of new reporting requirements or updates to existing reports from the OTC teams. Design a prioritization process to help manage the review of these requirements and ensure most impactful requirements are handled first
  
• Develop a deep understanding of the business cash indicators in order to be able to articulate DSO, Cash, Open Cash variances analysis.
  
• Provide analytical support to enable Order to Cash teams to excel in their day-to-day activities and monthly objectives and to perform business analysis to the group Senior management
  
• Set up improvement plans and formulate best practices together with OTC management team
  
• Work with developers and business system analysts to give guidance and support with building reports and dashboards and to achieve automation of data
  
• Support training of O2C teams in reporting tools/ reports/ processes available and correct way to use.
  

Profile:

• University Degree
  
• Minimum of 4+ years of work experience in international Order to Cash\Finance operations environment, or in a multinational consulting firm with operations exposure
  
• Good business wit and an understanding of how to interpret data or reporting results in a business context
  
• Strong Power Point and Excel skills.
  
• Experience with BI Reporting tools required
  
• Demonstrated experience with reporting, data analysis, data presentation or visualisation and problem-solving
  
• Clear understanding of how KPIs are defined and managed in an operations environment
