You will be responsible for:
- Support the development and implementation of a continuous improvement strategy;
- Identify and deliver service improvement activities across the business through adopting
process improvement methodologies and applying innovative thinking; - Partner with the associated process domain leads to support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working;
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses through training needs analysis;
- Translate requirements into trainings that will develop employees;
- Build annual training program and preparing teaching plans;
- Collaborate with other team members and local functions to create support materials based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and systems enhancements;
- Lead projects and support management on implementing projects using best practice project management methodology;
What you'll need to Succeed:
- Fluency in English;
- Experience of continuous improvement and training environment;
- Experience in SSC environment;
- Strong understanding and experience in continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma and Lean.
- Ability to quickly identify improvement process and training opportunities and make and implement recommendations;
- Proeficient in the use of MSOffice, including Project, Visio, Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders; senior managers, accountants and subject matter experts;
