• Control and monitoring treasury balances for the Real and Forecast in a daily basis;
• Cash managment needs in XRT;
• Cash net calculating in a monthly basis (Liquidity Planner);
• Control of the Real NET Cash with Debt variation;
• Calculation of the Direct Cash Forecast and coordination with COC Forecast calculation;
• Report of Direct Cash for the Real and Forecast in Metis;
• Deviations analysis between COC/Direct Cash;
• Internal and External Loans Accounting Court Term and MLT;
• Control and Monitoring DDs;
• Employees Advances and respective Accounts Control;
• Payments by Checks and respective accounting;
• Cashier accounting and correspondent cashier control (Tunisia and Maroc);
• Judicial payments (for code, reference ans transfers to beneficiary) and correspondent accounting (Portugal);
• Send supporting payments for all Judicial Payments (Portugal);
• Tax Payments and correspondent accounts;
• Validation and confirmation of Suppliers Payment Files in SAP;
• Analysis, and payment of Payment Proposals in Maroc;
• Control of Clearing movements and correspondent accounting (Maroc);
• Manual Pauments to not created Suppliers and correspondent accounting;
• Collection and control of signatures (EBCS or Bank Platforms);
• Netting accounting in GL;
• Sending the payment details to factoring suppliers (manual);
• Sending Swift's when asked;
• Salaries payment (control, validation and accounting);
• Control of transition accounts;
• Payment of Urgent Payments;
• Treatment and follow-up of processes to request credit cards;
• Payment of Expenses Notes;
• Interest calculation for Internal Loans;
• Collection supplier payments invoices evidence for Funded Projects;
• KPI's GAP;
• Fluency in english and/or french.
